During Sep 23th through Sept 30th 2017, International Solidarity for Human Rights’ Directors, Elizabeth Sanchez Vegas and Devorah Sasha , were invited by Education authorities of the Principality of Andorra, to traveled to the city of San Julia de Loria to impart a human rights pilot program in elementary and high school. They were also invited by the University of Andorra to present the program to undergraduate students in Education.
The Human Rights Class in a Box presentations covered 700 students, professors and teachers.
Human Rights Class in a Box (HRCB) is a human rights-based workshop; once is imparted, it increases the School, College or University’s knowledge, appreciation, and commitment to human rights education and advocacy. It creates a culture of respect, compassion, empathy, kindness and no discrimination amongst children, students and teachers. The program is part of the Organization’s antibullying campaign.
